DRM is one of those things I have been complaining about for years. The idea that congress can rewrite fair use laws with the "help" of the MPAA and the RIAA is ridiculous. Thankfully there is a huge community of people who, without malice are creating tools that allow us, the users, to use media that we have purchased in any way we see fit. It is unfortunate that we have to go to these lengths just to use content we have purchased, but it is the status quo for now.
