I think I would be willing to take that chance.
It seems like the problem is that people generally don't have any normal way to be active all day.
Housework is the only one that qualified because the other options all started "sit on your ass in the office all day and then spend 1/2 hour doing X".
Whatever X is, people with more regular jobs are still basically immobile for the vast majority of the day....
